Eligibility defined as Medicaid-eligible children under age 21 for covered medically necessary services provided pursuant to an IEP. The billing providers are the Local Education Agencies (LEAs), including schools and educational service districts (but not school clinics) that enroll with Medicaid. It seems that rendering practitioners do not need to enroll in Medicaid.
