Eligibility defined as Medicaid enrolled students under the age of 22 and enrolled in a Kindergarten – 12th grade LEA with an IEP or IFSP. The services are delivered through Medicaid enrolled providers through the LEAs. The LEAs either employ practitioners who provide the services on site, or use practitioners under contract with the LEA.
